Artists Wanted to Make and Paint Mini Concrete Cows

I am looking for a new artist to join our team to make and paint the Milton Keynes Mini Concrete Cows.

MK Cows has been making Mini Concrete Cows for over 15 years and they are proudly displayed in peoples homes and work places across the world (more than 16 countries).

I have been blessed with great team members to date and are now looking for some new people to join our team and help mooooove these classic concrete sculptures through the next 15 years of growth and creative development!

About You

Here is a list of the characteristics and skills I am looking for:

Someone who lives in or very close to Milton Keynes (you will sometimes be needed to deliver orders or have them collected from you and most customers are from MK)
An artist or very creative person comfortable with casting the concrete models and painting them neatly (you will need to follow the standard pattern for most cows as well as painting customised designs and finishes)
Someone who is passionate about all things connected to Milton Keynes, it's history, and the feeling of being part of MK
Someone who has access to their own transport for delivering orders (within MK)
An honest, hard working person who would like to earn extra money in this one-of-a-kind creative business
Someone good with social media who can help publicise their own great work and the full range of MK Cows products
An ideas person to help us develop new MK Cows products and marketing avenues for the Mini Concrete Cows
Someone who is good on the phone and comfortable dealing directly with retailers and customers
A person with some space for storing materials, stock, and a workspace for making the cows, etc.
Someone with a good sense of humour

About the Role

This is a part time (spare time) self employed role that can either be used to fill your spare moments in the early morning, evenings or weekends, or it can be developed into something bigger as we work together to grow the market for these already popular Milton Keynes products
This is a commission only role based on the sale of all the MK Cows products
There is the opportunity to earn additional commission on sales to new resellers that you find
